Pētījuma mērķis bija noteikt sakarības starp izjusto vainu ar delinkventas uzvedības biežumu, bērnībā piedzīvotu traumatisku pieredzi un depresijas pazīmēm jauniešiem vecuma posmā no 14 līdz 18 gadiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 50 jaunieši vecumā no 14 līdz 18 gadiem, 32 meitenes, 17 zēni un 1 cits, kas elektroniski izpildījuši pētījuma ietvaros izveidoto anketu. Vidējais respondentu vecums bija 17 gadi. Jauniešu depresijas izteiktības pakāpe tika mērīta ar Bērnu depresijas aptauju (Children’s Depression Inventory; CDI; Kovacs, 1980; ko Latvijā adaptējusi S. Voitkāne un S. Miezīte, 1994). First record of Mesopithecus (Cercopithecidae, Colobinae) from the Miocene of the Iberian Peninsula

We report dental remains of the extinct colobine monkey Mesopithecus from the Turolian (MN13, Late Miocene, ca. 6.23 Ma) locality of Venta del Moro (Valencia, Spain). They include most of the deciduous dentition and the unerupted germs of the first molars of a single infantile individual, as well as two lower left lateral incisors from two additional individuals. On the basis of morphometric comparisons, mainly based on the Ms, these remains are attributed to the Late Miocene species Mesopithecus pentelicus. Introduction. The internationally adopted child is a fragile subject who often shows an incomplete health documentation, which hinders the complete assessment of health status. Materials and Methods. Between January 2010 and June 2016, at the University Hospital "AOUP P. Giaccone" of Palermo, we reviewed the health documentations of 111 children recently arrived in Italy following the conclusion of the international adoption procedure. 62.2% of the children were male, of various nationalities and with an average age of 7 years (± 3.4).
