Abstract Background There is limited time within the clinical workflow of most pediatric surgeons to obtain a comprehensive, well informed consent. This study evaluates whether ad-lib access to an online video on the consent dialogue enhances the consent process for inguinal hernia repair (IHR) in children. Purpose: To compare loop excisions of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 or worse (CIN 2+) under video exoscopy, or colposcopic guidance, with respect to safety and effectiveness. Enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISPOT) analysis is a sensitive technique for the detection and quantification of single T lymphocytes forming cytokine spots after antigen contact in vitro.
