Neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) has become the most prominent permanent magnet alloy, with a wide variety of applications and an ever-increasing demand. Their recycling is important for securing the supply of critical raw materials used in their manufacturing. The use of organic acids such as acetic acid has been of recent interest for the recycling of waste NdFeB magnets. Doping violates the Spirit of Sport and is thought to contradict the values which underpin this spirit. Values-based education (VBE) has been cited as a key element for creating a clean sport culture across age groups. Culturally relevant VBE requires understanding of the values that motivate athletes from different countries to practice their sport and uphold clean sport values. WADA's new International Standards for Education makes this study both needed and timely. Tämän kvantitatiivisen tutkielman tarkoituksena on selvittää lukiolaisten suhtautumista ryhmätyöskentelyyn ruotsin kielen kursseilla. Lisäksi tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin, mitkä asiat tekevät lukiolaisten mielestä ryhmätyöstä onnistuneen ja vastaavasti epäonnistuneen. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt programmatūru, kas pēc ievades datiem spēj būvinženierim parādīt vairākus iespējamos stikla paketes uzbūves variantus, kas atbilst konstruktīvajām prasībām normatīvos. Darbā implementēti vadlīnijās aprakstīti vienkāršojumi, lai izveidotu ātri aprēķināmus galīgo elementu modeļus. Uz ~2 miljonu galīgo elementu modeļu aprēķinu bāzes ir trenēti neironu tīklu “surogāta modeļi”. Iegūta >98% precizitāte, izmantojot Google piedāvātu automatizētu mašīnmācīšanās risinājumu. Associations between Mental Well-being and Personality from a Llife Span Perspective

The associations between personality traits and mental well-being are analyzed using data from the Jyväskylä Longitudinal Study of Personality and Social Development (initial N = 369; 53% males). At ages 33/36 to 50, the NEO-PI and Scales of Psychological and Social Well-Being as well as indicators of emotional well-being were administered. At ages 8 and 14, socioemotional behaviors were assessed by teachers. First, both genders show high relative continuity in the Big Five personality traits and mental well-being during mid-adulthood.
