Tässä puheviestinnän pro gradu -tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin yhteiskunnallista aktiivisuutta kuntapoliittisessa Facebook-ryhmässä. Tutkielman tavoitteena oli kuvata ja ymmärtää ajankohtaisen ja aktiivisen kansalaisosallistumisen teknologisen muodon, kuntapoliittisen Facebook-ryhmän vuorovaikutuksen ominaispiirteitä. Tavoitteeseen pyrittiin kysymällä kuntapoliittisen Facebook-ryhmän jäseniltä, minkä takia vuorovaikutukseen osallistutaan ja miten. Tämän puheviestinnän maisterintutkielman tavoitteena oli tuottaa uutta tietoa siitä, miten ja mihin tarkoitukseen suomalainen kansalaisjärjestö käyttää Facebookia. Tutkielma toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena. Tutkimustavoitetta lähestyttiin analysoimalla, millaisia vuorovaikutuksen funktioita löytyi kansalaisjärjestön julkiselta Facebook-sivulta ja suljetusta ryhmästä sekä sitä, miten niistä löydetyt tulokset erosivat toisistaan. Tutkimuskohteena oli suomalainen kansalaisjärjestö, jonka jäseninä on kaikenikäisiä suomalaisia. Abstract Sicily has a long tradition in citrus fruit cultivation that, with vineyard and olive tree, represents the main Mediterranean tree crops. Since many Sicilian farmers in recent years have decided to abandon conventional lemon orchards, in this paper we have evaluated the financial sustainability of organic lemon production by comparing it with the conventional one. Financial analysis has been carried out in a case study on the northwestern coast of Sicily, considering a 50-year economic life of an orchard. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää sosiaalialan ammattilaisten käsityksiä alansa korkeakoulujen opiskelijavalinnasta sekä soveltuvuuskokeen tarpeesta osana opiskelijavalintoja. Tarkoituksena on myös tutkia sitä, miten opiskelijoiden ja työntekijöiden soveltumattomuus tai hyvä soveltuvuus alalle näyttäytyy koulutuksen aikana ja myöhemmin työelämässä. Sosiaalialan korkeakouluilla tarkoitetaan tässä tutkimuksessa ammattikorkeakoulujen sosionomikoulutusta sekä yliopistojen sosiaalityön koulutusta, joista ensin mainitussa opiskelijoiden soveltuvuuden testaamisella on ollut pitkään vakiintunut asema. Indigenous yeast communities in the environment of ‘‘Rovello bianco’’ grape variety and their use in commercial white wine fermentation

The indigenous yeast communities associated with several vineyard habitats were analysed. Wild yeasts were isolated, differentiated at strain level and identified. A phylogenetic tree based on partial 26S rRNA genes was constructed. The strains were characterized and the indigenous Saccharomyces cerevisiae GR1 was then used to carry out a vinification process and compared with a commercial yeast. Wines obtained were subjected to chemical and sensory analysis. The comparison between the two products highlighted differences due to the fer- menting strains employed. Abstract The chemiluminescent behaviour of the amino acridines like acriflavine, and proflavin is reported. Different strong oxidants (potassium permanganate, cerium(IV), hexacyanoferrate(III), hydrogen peroxide in different media) were tested, and potassium permanganate in sulphuric acid medium was selected. The study of the experimental parameters affecting the oxidation and detection was performed with the aid of a FIA assembly.
