Tämän laadullisen tutkimuksen kohteena ovat lastensuojelun dokumentit. Tutkimustehtävänä on kuvata ja ymmärtää lapsen hyvinvointia ja osallisuutta lastensuojelun läheisneuvonpidossa asiakirjojen perusteella. Tutkimuksessa on mukana 15 lapsen läheisneuvonpidon dokumentit, jotka koskevat 2 -17 vuotiaita lapsia. Tutkimuksen aineistoa analysoin sisällönanalyysimenetelmän avulla. Tutkimuksen teoreettisena pohjana ovat käsitykset lapsesta, lapsen hyvinvoinnista ja osallisuudesta. Tutkin lasten hyvinvointia tarkastelemalla lasten vanhempien elämäntilannetta. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli tuottaa sellaista lapsuutta koskevaa tutkimusta, jossa on kuultu itse lapsia. Päämääränä oli selvittää, miten lapset itse kokevat oman elämänsä ja millaiset asiat ovat lapsen elämässä tärkeitä. Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin lasten kokemuksia subjektiivisen hyvinvoinnin rakentumisen näkökulmasta. Hyvinvoinnin subjektiivista luonnetta pyrittiin lähestymään lasten turvallisuuden ja turvattomuuden kokemusten kautta. Tutkimusaineisto on kerätty kahdessa osassa. Tutkielman tehtävänä on tarkastella, kuinka lapsen osallisuus näyttäytyy lastensuojelun asiakkuudessa sijaishuollossa. Tutkimuksen teoreettisena viitekehyksenä toimii muuttunut lapsuuskäsitys, uusi lapsuusparadigma, joka mieltää lapsen toimijana ja osallistujana omissa asioissaan. Tutkielma on kvalitatiivinen, ja sen aineisto on saatu haastattelemalla seitsemää huostaan otettua ja sijoitettua lasta, iältään 12 -19-vuotiaita. Aineisto on analysoitu teoriaohjaavan sisällönanalyysin metodilla. Lasten kuvauksista nousee esiin kolmenlaisia asiakkuuskokemuksia. Recent dramatic spread of the grapevine yellows disease Bois Noir (BN) in Germany is above all explained by highly increased abundances of the vector Hyalesthes obsoletus (Hemiptera: Cixiidae) associated to the plant Urtica dioica, the reservoir of the BN pathogen stolbur tuf-type-I. The vector acquires BN-phytoplasma as larvae whilst feeding on the roots of infected U. dioica. Background/Aims Histopathology is essential in the diagnostic workup of most liver diseases. However, biopsy sampling might carry risks, is subject to sampling error, and does not provide dynamic tissue imaging. Therefore a newly developed miniaturised confocal probe was evaluated for in vivo microscopic imaging in rodent models of human liver diseases. Methods The handheld laparoscopy probe used a 488nm single line laser for fluorophore excitation. Optical slice thickness was 7μm, lateral resolution 0.7μm. Lesotho, in Southern Africa, has long been neglected in communication research. To address this void, the present study investigates what traditional values and traditional rituals exist in today’s Lesotho, how important these are respectively to the young and old generation of Basotho, and how traditional values and practices help the formation of cultural identities of old and young people of Lesotho.
