Pedestrian Tracking in 360 Video by Virtual PTZ Cameras

Since the data acquired by a PTZ camera change while adjusting the pan, tilt and zoom parameters, the results of tracking algorithms are difficult to reproduce; such diffi- culty limits the development and the comparison of tracking algorithms with PTZ cameras. The recently introduced 360- degree cameras acquire spherical views of the environment, generally stored as equirectangular images. In this work the ALSWEB framework is presented. The ALSWEB is a virtual linguistic laboratory for linguistic research developed as a web application. Last Dworkin's project is to transcend the language of rights to a new political perspective in which responsibility and virtues are crucial. In this paper, some critical remarks on M. La Torre’s book, Bioetica in tempo di pandemia are exposed. These remarks concerns: 1) the justification of paternalism according to La Torre’s liberal account of bioethics. If paternalism is justified then it is open to debate in which sense his proposal can be labelled as “liberal”; 2) what one earns with assuming that in order to solve conflicts of values we should prefer moral specificationism in front of Alexy’s balancing between legal principles. The article discusses two main theses. The first one is the presence and forms of the rule of law in the international legal scenario. This task is developed through the analysis of three possible versions: the extension of the domestic rule of law to the obligations coming from international law, the rule of international law, and the international rule of law.
