Abstract Introduction. Although Italy has been malaria-free since 1970, the infection is commonly introduced into the country by travelers and immigrants from endemic areas. Various particle repositioning manoeuvres have been described in the literature as a mode of treating this condition. Purpose Evaluation and discussion of the procedure of the Gufoni's manoeuvre and its advantages in the treatment of BPPV of LSC. Abstract Objective To investigate the association between the quality of the family physician–patient relationship and frequent attendance of primary and specialist health care. Methods Cross-sectional survey of a representative German population sample ( N = 2.266). Family physician–patient relationship was assessed with the Patient Doctor Relationship Questionnaire (PDRQ-9). Determinants of frequent attendance were analyzed using logistic regression. Inflorescence-visiting insects of a functionally dioecious wild grapevine

The wild grapevine [Vitis vinifera L. subsp. sylvestris (Gmelin) Hegi] is the Eurasian dioecious ancestral form of mostly monoecious domesticated cultivars (Vitis vinifera subsp. vinifera). There are different hypotheses about grapevine pollination, varying from insect to wind pollination to spontaneous self-pollination. The aim of this paper is to update our knowledge on the biology of the wild grapevine by studying the insects visiting their inflorescences.
