Gir boplikt lavere boligpriser?

Siden 1974 har norske kommuner hatt adgang til å innføre boplikt for eiendommer som er eller har vært i bruk som helårsbolig. Ordningen har helt siden den ble innført, vært svært omstridt. Vi undersøker hvordan boplikt påvirker boligprisene. Geografisk avgrenser vi oss til kystkommuner på Sørlandet, der mange som har sin faste bopel andre steder i landet, etterspør fritidsbolig. Uten boplikt kan helårsboliger bli kjøpt opp for å bli brukt som fritidsboliger. Den empiriske analysen, basert på data fra fire sørlandskommuner, hvorav den største kommunen, Arendal, opphevet boplikten i 2014, viser at prisene i kystsonen økte da boplikten ble opphevet.

Reliable and cost-effective early-life stage (ELS) bioassays incorporating practical experimentation without compromising scientific relevance are crucial in chemical risk assessment. This study investigated the use of 20 days- post-fertilization life stage ( 20dpfZF ) of zebrafish Danio rerio to screen environmental chemicals known to be estrogenic in adult fish. Individuals’ excessive use of technology-enabled communication platforms, such as social media, has led to scholarly recognition of rising incidences of cyberstalking. Despite considerable studies directed at its examination, the current research on cyberstalking is limited by a lack of clarity on its characterization and prevalence, coupled with a fragmented research focus. Raman and optical reflection spectra of germanate and silicate glasses

Abstract Germanate and phosphosilicate glasses made in oxygen surplus conditions were studied by Raman and optical reflection methods. We found that the optical reflection spectra of the germanate glasses are quite similar to the one those of a GeO 2 crystal with the α-quartz structure. The reflection of phosphosilicate glasses is very close to silica glass-related spectra. Hence, the determining influence of the tetrahedral structure on reflection spectra is revealed. The Raman spectra of germanate samples are similar to those reported the one known in the literature. Towards the definitive evaluation framework for cross-platform app development approaches

Abstract Mobile app development is hindered by device fragmentation and vendor-specific modifications. Boundaries between devices blur with PC-tablet hybrids on the one side and wearables on the other. Future apps need to support a host of app-enabled devices with differing capabilities, along with their software ecosystems. Prior work on cross-platform app development concerned concepts and prototypes, and compared approaches that target smartphones.
