Abstract Background The primary health care services are becoming increasingly complex, which presents challenges for the municipal nursing services. In Norway, municipal in-patient acute care (MipAC) has been introduced in all municipalities, and the competence at the services has been questioned. Few studies have examined the nursing services in the units. This study aims to get an overview of the nursing competence in those units across geographical regions, and different groups of organisation and localisation. Korlederen må mestre et omfattende kompetansesett i det hun eller han virker som både musiker, leder og pedagog. Udgangspunktet for denne studie skal findes i et kunstnerisk projekt med det norske scenekunst-kompagni Teater Bak Murene. I foråret 2019 arbejdede kompagniet med at udvikle forestillingen Innefra og Ut, som blev vist og udviklet sammen med indsatte i Trondheim Fængsel i forbindelse med dansefestivallen Multiplié. I vores undersøgelse af arbejdet med Innefra og Ut fokuserer vi på de kunstfagdidaktiske potentialer, som opstår i krydsfeltet mellem det kunstneriske udviklingsarbejde, deltagerne og publikums møde med forestillingen. Climate-change driven increases in temperature and precipitation are leading to increased discharge of freshwater and terrestrial material to Arctic coastal ecosystems. These inputs bring sediments, nutrients and organic matter (OM) across the land-ocean interface with a range of implications for coastal ecosystems and biogeochemical cycling. To investigate responses to terrestrial inputs, physicochemical conditions were characterized in a river- and glacier-influenced Arctic fjord system (Isfjorden, Svalbard) from May to August in 2018 and 2019. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt valodas lietojumu Virgin Grupas un Ričarda Brensona tvitera kontos. Šajā pētījumā kā galvenā metode ir izmantota Baibera un Konrādes (2009) reģistra analīze, kas iekļāva situācijas, valodas un funkcionālo analīzi. Darba autore ir analizējusi lietvārdus, darbības vārdus, īpašības vārdus, vietniekvārdus un modālos darbības vārdus abos tvitera kontos, lai saprastu, kā šīs konkrētās lingvistikās iezīmes palīdz uzlabot uzņēmuma tēlu. Rezultāti atklāja, ka abiem tvitera kontiem ir vienas un tās pašas situācijas īpašības, bet kas attiecas uz lingvistiskajām iezīmēm, vienas un tās pašas idejas tika izteiktas ar dažādu lingvistisko iezīmju palīdzību.
