Uzņēmēju degsmes un metakognitīvo prasmju saistība ar izdegšanu

Daudzu gadu garumā izdegšanas pētniecība ir noritējusi dažādās nozarēs. Organizāciju vidē pētnieki, galvenokārt, cenšas noskaidrot izdegšanas riska un aizsargājošos faktorus darbiniekiem. Maģistra darba mērķis bija atklāt saistības starp izdegšanu, harmonisku degsmi, pārņemošu degsmi un metakognitīvajām prasmēm uzņēmēju izlasē. Pētījuma izlasi veido 60 mazu uzņēmumu vadītāji, vīrieši n=35 (58,3%) un sievietes n=25 (41,7%) vecumā no 24 līdz 56 gadiem (M = 39,48 gadi), kuriem pieder vismaz 25% uzņēmuma kapitāldaļu un kuru ienākumi no uzņēmējdarbības sastāda vismaz 50% no kopējiem mājsaimniecības ienākumiem. The Mediterranean Basin is the region of Europe most vulnerable to negative climate-change impacts, including forest decline, increased wildfire, and biodiversity loss. Because humans have affected Mediterranean ecosystems for millennia, it is unclear whether the region's native ecosystems were more resilient to climate change than current ecosystems, and whether they would provide sustainable management options if restored. Since a long-time, the quantum integrable systems have remained an area where modern mathematical methods have given an access to interesting results in the study of physical systems. The exact computations, both numerical and asymptotic, of the correlation function is one of the most important subject of the theory of the quantum integrable models. In this context an approach based on the calculation of form factors has been proved to be a more effective one. The Greenland shark Somniosus microcephalus—Hemoglobins and ligand-binding properties

A large amount of data is currently available on the adaptive mechanisms of polar bony fish hemoglobins, but structural information on those of cartilaginous species is scarce. This study presents the first characterisation of the hemoglobin system of one of the longest-living vertebrate species (392 +/- 120 years), the Arctic shark Somniosus microcephalus. Three major hemoglobins are found in its red blood cells and are made of two copies of the same a globin combined with two copies of three very similar beta subunits. The three hemoglobins show very similar oxygenation and carbonylation properties, which are unaffected by urea, a very important compound in marine elasmobranch physiology.…
