Generation Z and Organizational Listening on Social Media
2020
Young people are avid users of social media and have appeared as a powerful force for social change, as shown by the ranks of those who have joined Greta Thunberg in the global climate movement. In addition to challenging political institutions and governments, young people today are also holding the corporate world accountable. To respond to young people’s expectations, brands, and organizations have turned to social media to interact and build relationships with them. Streaming era digital media piracy : an integration of three theoretical perspectives
2018
Consumer digital piracy in media contexts is one of the most publicized adverse developments brought on by the Internet and digitization of data. The sharp decrease of recorded music sales, especially in the physical album format, is perhaps the best example of the negative effects digital piracy. In particular, Gen Z's values and expectations for hybrid work emerge from 15 qualitative online interviews leveraged to advance recommendations to enhance internal employer branding – that is branding intended for the organisation’…
Musiikkipiratismi 2010-luvun nuorten keskuudessa - erityispiirteet ja neutralisaatiot
2012
Tutkimuksen perusteella Z-sukupolvi tunnistaa…
