Based on the results of the authors' research using a case study of a Spanish university, the sociological component of gender is an important factor in building transitions at university. La igualtat com a principi bàsic de les nostres societats no deixa de protagonitzar debats, més o menys tensos i intensos, així com propostes d'anàlisi i praxis per al marc de les polítiques públiques. Un dels marcs que acull el principi d'igualtat és la perspectiva interseccional, entesa com una aposta decidida i heurística per abordar la complexitat de les desigualtats socials que naix de l'aportació dels feminismes negres i que considerem com un recurs imprescindible per a les teories feministes.
