This paper describes the scientific aims and potentials as well as the preliminary technical design of RUDE, an innovative tool for multi-disciplinary investigations in a wide field of scientific, technological and industrial applications. Il contributo analizza la condizioni delle donne cittadine di paesi terzi che entrano e risiedono nel territorio dell’UE per motivi familiari o di protezione internazionale. La premessa critica dalla quale muove l’analisi è che le norme in materia di immigrazione possono aggravare in modo significativo le condizioni di vita, la capacità ed il diritto di autodeterminarsi delle donne migranti. Ciò vale sia per le norme di diritto derivato dell'UE che per le legislazioni nazionali applicabili.
