Towards Adoptive Immunotherapy Using High Affinity T Cell Receptors
The hdm2 oncoprotein is frequently overexpressed in a variety of human malignancies, including acute myeloid and lymphoblastic leukemia. Synthetic peptides representative of hdm2 sequences were tested for their binding to A2.1. HLA-A2.1. (/Kb)-Tg mice were immunized with A2.1-binding hdm2 peptides in order to induce A2.1-restricted and hdm2-specific CTL. A2.1-restricted CTL lines obtained from both A2.1 and HuCD8 × A2.1/Kb-Tg mice were able to recognize a synthetic 8-mer peptide representative of a N-terminal hdm2 sequence. International audience; Radiolysis of confined water and self-radiolysis of tritiated water give rise to several unanswered questions. To take into account this double specificity, we studied systems of zeolites 4A containing tritiated water at different water loading ratios. Two tritiated waters were synthesized at the volumetric activities of 27 and 60 TBq L −1. For each one, five samples were prepared, differentiated by their water loading ratios, expressed in percentage, close to 4%, 7%, 11%, 14%, and 19%. International audience; The goal of this work is to realize metallic foams synthesized by contact glow discharge electrolysis with specific characteristics. In this paper, we show the results of our studies, consisting in investigating parameters that influence the foams characteristics. Thus, the morphology of metallic foams is examined through scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations with the acid nature. Moreover, the evolution of the mass and the volume of metallic foams with two experimental parameters (overvoltage and gold concentration) is also investigated. AbstractAt the CEA Laser “Megajoule” facility, amorphous hydrogenated carbon (a-C:H or CHx) is the nominal ablator used to achieve inertial confinement fusion experiments. These targets are filled with a fusible mixture of deuterium-tritium in order to perform ignition.Since the achievement of ignition greatly depends on the physical properties of the shell, there must be precise control of thicknesses, doping concentration, and roughness.
