Monozygote, weibliche Zwillingsfrühgeborene diskordant für das seltene, schwere Fehlbildungssyndrom einer fetalen Megazystis mit Kloakenfehlbildung nach künstlicher Befruchtung – Fallbericht und Literaturübersicht

Monozygote Zwillinge gelten gemeinhin als „identische Klone“. Es gibt jedoch eine zunehmende Anzahl an Fallberichten uber diskordante eineiige Zwillinge und Ursachen fur Diskordanz werden vermehrt untersucht. Wir berichten uber monozygote Zwillingsfruhgeborene, diskordant fur die seltene fetale Megazystis bei Kloakenfehlbildung. Durch Konzeption mittels intrazytoplasmatischer Spermieninjektion entstand nach Transfer von 2 Embryonen ein monochoriales, diamniales Zwillingspaar.
