Villevaudé (Seine-et-Marne) Bois Gratuel, Les Mazarins. Occupations gauloises, antiques et alto-médiévales : rapport de fouilles

Ce rapport rend compte de deux opérations de fouilles archéologiques contigües aux lieux-dits « Les Mazarins » et « Bois Gratuel », sur la commune de Villevaudé. Elles se sont déroulées en 2017 et 2018, sur une surface totale de près de 8,3 ha.Les nombreux vestiges découverts (4 308 structures) se répartissent entre trois grandes périodes chronologiques (La Tène, l’Antiquité, le haut Moyen Âge), outre quelques fugaces traces néolithiques.Deux habitats laténiens se succèdent d’abord. Ils sont situés aux extrémités est et ouest de l’emprise, à 300 m de distance. The collective work carried out since 2001 within the framework of a Programme Collectif de Recherche (PCR) on the Late Neolithic and the beginning of the Bronze Age in the central part of northern France leads today to a new periodisation in 8 stages for the period between 3600 and 1800 BC. Although several gaps remain, particularly for the transitions between the Middle Neolithic and the Late Neolithic on one hand and between the Late Neolithic and the Final Neolithic on the other hand, this more precise chronological frame allows to synchronize the main stages of the central part of northern France with those of the nearby regions, to propose a more dynamic vision of cultural phenomena.

À partir des nouvelles données publiées dans cet ouvrage et des études thématiques menées dans le cadre du Programme Collectif de Recherche “Du Néolithique récent à l’Âge du Bronze ancien dans le Centre-Nord de la France” (2001-2008), cet article final propose une image synthétique du Néolithique récent dans le Bassin parisien. La confrontation des données conduit à préciser la périodisation de cette période, découpée désormais en trois étapes. The genomic history of Southern Europe

Farming was first introduced to southeastern Europe in the mid-7th millennium BCE - brought by migrants from Anatolia who settled in the region before spreading throughout Europe. However, the dynamics of the interaction between the first farmers and the indigenous hunter-gatherers remain poorly understood because of the near absence of ancient DNA from the region. Die seit 2001 im Rahmen eines PCR (Programme Collectif Régional) durchgeführte Gemeinschaftsarbeit über das Ende des Neolithikums und den Beginns der Bronzezeit im Zentrum Nordfrankreichs führt heute zu einer neuen Periodisierung der Zeit zwischen 3600 und 1800 v. Chr. in acht Etappen. Obwohl, insbesondere bezüglich der Transition zwischen dem Mittel-und dem Jungneolithikum einerseits und dem Jung-und dem Endneolithikum andererseits, auch weiterhin einige Lücken bestehen, erlaubt dieser präzisere Rahmen die Hauptetappen im Zentrum Nordfrankreichs mit denen der benachbarten Regionen zu synchronisieren, um eine dynamischere Vision der kulturellen Phänomene vorzuschlagen.

Un projet de carrière de sable implanté à Presles-et-Boves, aux Bois-Plantés dans l’Aisne a conduit à une série d’opérations d’archéologie préventive sur les vestiges d’un habitat du Néolithique récent. Ce dernier se présente sous la forme d’un sol d’occupation et de structures excavées qui ont livré un mobilier archéologique abondant. C’est le premier de cette importance à être découvert pour cette époque dans le département de l’Aisne. L’étude du mobilier céramique et lithique permet d’apporter des éléments sur sa nature et sa datation. Elle constitue également une opportunité pour apporter des précisions sur les productions de cette époque encore peu documentée. Rescue excavations conduc…
