The Chapter analyzes the EU Court of Justice case law on Aliens' Protection Regimes in light of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and of the European Convention of Human Rights focusing on: a) the impact of non refoulement and protection from risk of torture and inhuman or degrading treatments principles; b) procedural safeguards of right to seek "asylum" on the implementation of EU "Dublin regulation".
