Eine Analyse der Literatur und eigene Befunde uber die Haufigkeit von 23 HLA-Antigenen bei Patienten mit Hepatitis-Oberflachen-Antigen (HBsAg)-positiver und -negativer chronisch aktiver Hepatitis (CAH) und gesunden Tragern von HBsAg und Antikorpern gegen HBsAg (Anti-HBs) erlauben die folgenden Schlusfolgerungen: 1. Bei Patienten mit CAH und HBsAg-Persistenz findet sich eine normale Haufigkeit von HLA-B8 (und -A1). 2. Auch bei Patienten mit HBsAg-negativen Formen einer CAH ohne Autoimmunphanomene (AutoAk) ist die HLA-B8-Haufigkeit normal. 3. A case of agammaglobulinemia characterized by a defect of B-lymphocyte-differentiation to plasma cells

Humoral and cell-mediated immune reactions of a 36-year old patient with a late onset of an agammaglobulinaemia and of his immediate relatives have been investigated. The immunoglobulins gamma-G, gamma-A, gamma-M, gamma-E and gamma-D, and plasma cells in the bone marrow could not be detected in the patient's serum. Immune reactions with PPD and tetanus toxoid as well as the stimulation of the lymphocytes with PHA indicate that the T-cell system was intact. The examination of the peripheral blood lymphocytes by immunofluorescence techniques gave a normal number of B-lymphocytes. In chronic active hepatitis (CAH, n=58) 70% of the HBsAg negative and 48% of the HBsAg positive cases showed a CMI against human liver specific proteins (HLPI). Using HBsAg as antigen only 12% of the HBsAg negative and 24% of the HBsAg positive cases gave a CMI response. On the basis of HBsAg and autoantibodies in the serum CAH patients could be divided into 4 subgroups. A close correlation between CMI against HLPI, sex, ANA and HL-A-8 could be detected. In a follow-up study of patients with acute virus B hepatitis (n=62) CMI against HBsAg was detected in 60% of the cases in the acute phase of the disease but in 15% only 3-6 months after the onset of the illness (n=40). HLA-Antigenfrequenzen bei Patienten mit progressiver Sklerodermie und Morphaea

Bei 43 Patienten mit progressiver Sklerodermie und 24 Patienten mit Morphaea wurden 30 HLA-Antigene der A- und B-Serie bestimmt. Bei Patienten mit progressiver Sklerodermie fand sich mit 37% gegenuber 20% bei Kontrollen eine Vermehrung von HLA-B8 (P<0.001, P corr.=n.s). Am ausgepragtesten scheint die Frequenzvermehrung von HLA-B8 bei Patienten mit diffuser Form der progressiven Sklerodermie zu sein. 4 von 5 Patienten waren HLA-B8 positiv (P=0,00672). Bei der Akrosklerose fand sich eine frequenzvermehrung von HLA-B8 bei Mannern (44%) und Patienten mit ciner fruhen Krankheitsmanifestation (36%). Zur Vitalitätsprüfung isolierter Rattenleberzellen

Rattenleberzellen wurden mittels extrakorporaler Leberperfusion unter Verwendung eines Hyaluronidase-Kollagenase-haltigen bzw. enzymfreien Perfusionsmediums isoliert. Die isolierten Leberzellen wurden auf ihr Verhalten gegenuber Trypanblau, FDA, in der Phasenkontrastbetrachtung und im Luciferin-Luciferase-Test untersucht. Daruber hinaus wurde der ATP-Gehalt der Zellen sowie die spontane Abgabe von51Cr aus markierten Zellen bestimmt.

Die Wirkung von AP bei peroraler Applikation auf die Ak-Antwort vom Soforttyp wurde im Kaninchenexperiment gepruft. Die primarimmunologische Antwort lies sich durch 4 mg AP/kg/Tag nur teilweise supprimieren. 6 mg waren voll wirksam hinsichtlich der Unterdruckung der Primarreaktion. Die Sekundarreaktion wurde von dieser AP-Dosis nicht wesentlich beeinflust. Dies gelang erst mit toxischen Dosen von 15 mg AP/kg/Tag. Die Wirksamkeit von AP unterhalb von 6 mg/kg/Tag wachst mit dem Antigenstimulus.
