Consumers’ Perception and Behavior Towards Ecosanogene Products Made by Goat Milk

Abstract This study was conducted in Sibiu, Romania to examine consumers ‘ratings of healthy products made by goat milk and health issues. It has been also examine the sociodemographic factors and the relations between food safety and human welfare. This study is based on a questionnaire, interviewing a target group consists of 105 people. Evaluation of Microbiological and Physico-Chemical Quality of Raw Milk from Sibiu Dairy Farm Province of Romania

Research aims at benchmarking the quality of raw milk supplied by four private farms in the county of Sibiu at a distance of about 25 km each for a period of three months (April, May, June 2010). Samples were subject to particularly microbiological measurements (total number of germ and somatic cells), physico-chemical (acidity, fat density, non-fat dry matter, protein and freezing point titre) by international standard methods. Studies Concerning the Hygiene Conditions from the Sadu Farm, Romania

Abstract This paper aims to establish the conditions of hygiene of the breeding farm from Sadu, Romania, by monitoring the microbiological indicators such as hospital attendant TNG, total number of yeasts and molds, and total number of coliforms in shelters and on milking equipment. By monitoring air microbial flora, containers used for milking and hygiene of livestock (sheep and cow) values are found by the standards in force, with the recommendation to improve the quality of these parameters in order to reduce the values at lower limits.
