Introduction: Medical leadership has only recently begun to be part of common medical terminology. Medical leadership consists of fully trained physicians occupying management positions relevant to practice of medicine. Identity and relationship frames in medical leadership communication
PurposeA frame is an interpretive scheme of meanings that guide participants’ interpretations of social interaction and their actions in social situations (Goffman, 1974).
