This study explores the relationship between projectification and its possible impact on work flexibility for Norwegian businesses. As firms are increasingly focused on project-based work, flexibility has become more popular among employers as well as employees. On one hand, projects contribute to flexibility in organizing expertise that solve complex problems. On the other hand, firms offer flexible work arrangements to ensure employee retention, loyalty and effectiveness. The exploratory study collects primary data from Norwegian organizations.
