THE EVOLUTION OF COMPOUNDS IN THE AGING PROCESS OF THE DRĂGĂŞANI CABERNET SAUVIGNON WINES
This paper presents the influence of raw material on wine aging and determining of the optimal duration of wine aging in oak vessels and glass vessels. The potential quality of red wines from Cabernet Sauvignon Drăgăşani is highlighted more in the aging process to oak vessels and glass vessels.

The vast majority of households in Ethiopia live in rural areas and agriculture is still the main economic activity. They rarely produce for the market and are highly dependent on climate for their subsistence. In this paper, the market options available to these farmers, as well as market related factors that are problematic were investigated. Multi-stage sampling procedure was employed to draw sample of 150 teff producers. This paper presents an analysis of the main characteristics of black grapes during ripening and determining the optimum moment to harvest the grapes in the vineyard Drăgăşani. Monitoring process of maturation of the grapes has been done on the varieties of grapes for red wines Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Drăgăşani vineyard.

Since milk constitutes an important item in the human diet and since the importance of an adequate amount of vitamin C in the diet is becoming more fully appreciated, it appeared to us that any investigation that might yield further information as to how milks containing greater quantities of this dietary essential might be produced would be worth while. Sea buckthorn is a natural multi-vitamins and a major source of vitamin C, fruits containing vitamin C at a rate of two times more than rosehips and ten times more than citrus (200-1500 mg). Studies Concerning the Hygiene Conditions from the Sadu Farm, Romania
Abstract This paper aims to establish the conditions of hygiene of the breeding farm from Sadu, Romania, by monitoring the microbiological indicators such as hospital attendant TNG, total number of yeasts and molds, and total number of coliforms in shelters and on milking equipment. By monitoring air microbial flora, containers used for milking and hygiene of livestock (sheep and cow) values are found by the standards in force, with the recommendation to improve the quality of these parameters in order to reduce the values at lower limits.
