Maģistra darba tēma ir „Dažādu paaudžu angļu valodas skolotāju labizjūta profesionālajā darbībā”, un tā mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt dažādu paaudžu angļu valodas skolotāju pieredzi saistībā ar labizjūtu viņu profesionālajā darbībā, un noteikt skolotāju labizjūtu ietekmējošos faktorus. Labizjūta skolotāja profesijā ir būtisks apstāklis, lai veidotos skolotāja apmierinātība ar darbu un dzīvi kopumā, pozitīvas attiecības ar apkārtējiem, kā arī pozitīva un veiksmīga mācību vide. Tādēļ ir svarīgi izpētīt, kādi faktori veicina un arī kavē labizjūtas rašanos, kā arī izanalizēt, kas ir nepieciešams, lai uzlabotu mācību vidi un skolotāja psiholoģisko un subjektīvo labizjūtu. The topicality and the context of this research are related to the phenomenon of wellbeing and factors influencing it, regarding early childhood and primary school. The aim is to study, analyse, and identify the key factors of promoting the wellbeing and healthy lifestyle of a child.
