This study identifies public perceptions on the use and allocation of rural funds, which have become a regular national government program since the 1998 economic crisis and have undergone changes in the rules and procedures in implementation. As the smallest unit of the government system, the rural is expected to be more competitive in efforts to improve community welfare with funding from the government. Through the responses of the residents as the participants, the strength and weaknesses factors of rural funds usage were studied. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the amount of income, length of study, the ease of obtaining private vehicles, and accidents at working place on working hours of 'ojek' driver. The data was analysed by using multiple regression analysis methods. Results of the study stated that the amount of income has a positive and significant effect, the length of school has a negative and not significant effect, the ease of obtaining a private vehicle has a negative and not significant effect, work accidents have a positive effect and not significant to the working hours of motorcycle driver.
