The authors present the treatment of the newborn congenital clavus foot in their Service. After ten years, the global result is satisfactory. The lmhauser's surgical procedure is assumed by the authors but they propose some modífications.

30 cases of Perthes disease treated with varus femoral osteotomy are reported. Three cases were cornbined with innorninated osteotorny. The c1inical radiographical results were: 60% good, 33'3% fair and 6'6% poor. The authors advice the ostoetorny during the treatrnent with the airn of reducing the evolution period and disturb patients and parents the least.

Epifisiolisis capitis femoris

En la presente publicación se expone inicialmente un recuerdo etiológico, anatomopatológico, radiográfico, clínico y terapéutico de la epifisiolisis capitis Icmoris, postcroinfcrior, así como la revisión de los 48 pacientes diagnosticados y tratados en nuestro Servicio durante el periodo 1976-1987. En 14 casos la afectación fue bilateral; en total 62 caderas. Se realizó tratamiento quinírgico en todos los pacientes y éste se basó en el encuadramiento de los diferentes casos en los estadios de la clasificación del Pro L~IIAUSER. Osteotomías del iliaco en el niño : según técnicas de Salter y Chiari

The authors describe their experience with the SALTER'S and CHIARI'S techniques. 27 osteotomies are reported, with studies about theirs indications (congenital dislocation of the hip, Perthe's Disease), age of realitation roentgenographic signs (C. E. angle of Wiberg, acetabular angle). They also put through proximal femoral varus derotational osteotomy at the same time with the SALTER'S technique. They show sorne details of the technique and conclusions after their clinical experience are reviewed.
