A constitutive BCL2 down-regulation aggravates the phenotype of PKD1-mutant-induced polycystic kidney disease

Mice knock-out for Bcl2 demonstrate growth retardation, severe polycystic kidney disease (PKD), gray hair and lymphopenia, and die prematurely after birth.
