Prognostic significance of tumor ploidy and histomorphological parameters in adenocarcinoma of Barrett's esophagus.

<i>Background:</i> Despite recent advances in surgical and multidisciplinary treatment, the prognosis for patients with adenocarcinoma of Barrett’s esophagus remains poor.
