El programa Sonreír es Divertido es un sistema online diseñado bajo la perspectiva transdiagnóstica y el protocolo unificado de Barlow. En este trabajo se presenta una descripción del programa y datos preliminares de su eficacia, obtenidos en un estudio piloto llevado a cabo en España.
