Faktor - Faktor Penentu Minat Mahasiswa Mahasiswa Asli Papua untuk Bekerja di Sektor Pertanian Kehutanan dan Perikanan

This article aims to analyze the factors that determine the interest of indigenous Papuan students at the Faculty of Economics, University of Papua to work in the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors. Using a quantitative descriptive research approach, it is found that the results of the analysis show that the respondent's family environmental factor is the most dominant factor influencing a student's decision to work in the agricultural, forestry or fisheries sector. The income expectation factor also has a positive and significant effect, thus illustrating that the business prospects in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors remain promising for job seekers in West Papua.…

This study aims to analyze the development of tourism in Bakaro Beach in order to increase the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Manokwari Regency. A qualitative descriptive approach is used to describe the tourism development of Bakaro Beach. The samples in this study were the staff of Tourism Office 10 people, 10 people from Bakaro Beach private sector and 30 people from Bakaro Village.
