Implementing Intellectual Property Policies in a Romanian State University
The paper presents a series of contributions on the possibility of implementing intellectual property policies in a Romanian State University. Starting with the worldwide, well-known examples of universities with a tradition in this field of intellectual property protection, the paper presents practical solutions for the implementation of some intellectual property policies taking into account the mentality which currently exists in Romania on this subject. Cancer is the second disease in the world from the point of view of mortality. The conventional routes of treatment were found to be not sufficient and thus alternative ways are imposed. The use of hybrid, magnetic nanostructures is a promising way for simultaneous targeted diagnosis and treatment of various types of cancer. For this reason, the development of core@shell structures was found to be an efficient way to develop stable, biocompatible, non-toxic carriers with shell-dependent internalization capacity in cancer cells. Contributions to Improve the Sustainability in Services Based Organizations
The sustainability of the services based organization consist on its ability to monitor the external environment about opportunities, changes, trends and risks, as well as the ability to learn, change and innovate. To reach the sustainability threshold, the organization must focus on both results and processes. A viable solution is to adopt a quality strategy that allows a perceptible perception of its products to its customers. This research purpose is to identify the extent of which organizations are sustainable and seek to meet the interests of all the involved stakeholders, as well as to help the organizations to identify areas where they can improve their performance.
