Zwar weisen etwa die Traumdeutung, die Schlafwandlerei (Payk 1988) oder auch die Bewusstseinsstorung (Kloth in Ders. 2014, Rn. 14–19; Schild in Kindhauser/Neumann/Paeffgen 2013, Rn. 86 f.) zumindest eine gewisse, wenn auch nur geringe strafrechtliche Relevanz auf.

Abstract Background: Since over thirty years, I work on the unclear legal situation of in which indigenous peoples find themselves today in the beginning mainly in the USA and later also in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The status of indigenous people and native nations is characterized as a mixture of national and international law.
