El enclavamiento condilocefalico en el tratamiento de las fracturas pertrocantereas de cadera. Estudio comparativo de metodos rigidos y elasticos mediante tecnicas de fotoelasticidad
Se realiza un estudio experimental entre los enclavijamientos condilocefálicos (Técnica de Küntscher) y elásticos (Técnica de Ender), utilizando modelos de extremidad proximal de fémur de Araldite aplicando técnicas de fotoelasticidad a fracturas estables e inestables. Los resultados permiten afirmar que los enclavijamientos elásticos representan mejor las condiciones bioquímicas del fémur anatómico que los rígidos.
Estabilidad y evolución de las fracturas trocantéreas tratadas con enclavamiento condilocefálico rígido
195 patients with trochanteric fractures of femur treated with rigid intramedulary nailing are colected. They have studied the stability of the fractures, have taken as parameters the fracture's stability, femoral angle of inclination after the surgery and consolidation, reduction of the middle cortical of the fracture after surgery, consolidation and migration of the nail. The authors concluded that the technique provide a relative stability, the reduction during the surgery is the factor than determine the fracture's evolution. The best femoral angle of inclination is valgus and diastasis of the middle cortical of the fracture.

Se describen las características de la artroplastia de cadera no cementada según el modelo de Zweymuller-Endler. Los factores biomecánicos de estabilidad son discutidos. Se recogen los diferentes modelos no cementados de artroplastia de cadera. Se recoge la experiencia de los autores sobre el modelo de Zweymuller de artroplastia de cadera.
