Abstract Background Underweight and obesity represent classical risk factors for patients undergoing cardiac surgery or interventional treatment. The multicentre German Transcatheter Mitral Valve Interventions (TRAMI) registry comprises a large and prospectively enrolled real-world cohort of patients treated by MitraClip implantation.
