The authors report 66 recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder treated with Magnuson Stack's surgycal technique. According to the authors' records the obtained results are very good and good (86'36%) and relapse (4'54%).
Tratamiento funcional de las fracturas de tibia mediante enclavado de alineamiento y PTB
The authors present 27 fractures of distal third of tibia treated by Ender and intramedullary, without reaming nailing and PTB, describing the surgical procedure. Clinical results obtained are excellent, as far as pain and mobility are concerned, with a 58'62% of anatomic radiologic axis, finding as the most frequent disturbances the varusm movement and shortening, being all of them minimal. The small rate of complication (6'89%) and sequels are to be taken as the most important results. Nuestra Experiencia en el Tratamiento Funcional de las Fracturas de Tibia
Among 57 tibia! shaft fractures treated with functional method are collected. The authors report their experience with this system. They obtain 72 % of good results (unions), within normal periode of time. The angulation was smaller than 10º in 58% of cases, and never the shortening was bigger than 1' 5 cm. The subjetive results ha ve been satisfactory in the 78'9 % of patients, and 21'1 % ofthem had some disability. As complications, one patienthad Sudeck's Syndromc, and 2 patients with thrombophlebitis.
Tratamiento de la enfermedad de Kienbock avanzada mediante la técnica de Graner
The authors made a review about 16 patients with Kienbock disease, in late stage (III-IV of de Decoulx clasification), operated by Graner's procedure, this results was excellent about pain, good strength and poor movility. They beleave is a good procedure in that stage for strengh manual workers.
