Abstract The complexity significantly affects the functioning and development of enterprises and is important in understanding the activities of an organization. The perspective of complexity makes the decisions bringing with them a growing economic risk. One group particularly sensitive to the complexity in internal and external environment are small and medium-sized enterprises.
