SYSTEMIC CONCEPT OF COMPANY’S LOGISTICS
in all, currently operating enterprise in the market, both manufacturing and service sectors, there is a logistics system. The basic components of this system are the three main processes such as procurement, production and distribution. In this article we have presented and discussed in detail all of the above processes. In case of distribution were presented costs correlations incurred in connection with the distribution. When the production process is discussed methods for its improvement. And in the process of supply, emphasis is placed on the assessment of purchasers, the choice of location and price calculation.

Romanian educational system - component of the national economy
National economy as a stand-alone entity, is a set of resources (natural, material, human, etc..), production activities, trade, service etc. that have established branches, sectors, etc. at a country’s level, between which are established reciprocal links which is based on the material and spiritual movement values, ensures the operation and economic development of society. Thus, the national economy’s system appears as a set of interconnected elements through economic, educational, informational, technological, cultural, etc. relations according to a predetermined goal, or serving the same goal.
The Universitary Educational System, Cibernetic System
The national system of higher education shall solve one of the most difficult and most important social and human issues – the education and training of the young generation, of the labour hand. The system of higher education appears as a subsystem of the national educational system and of the society. That is why it appears the urgency of the artificial unrestriction of the university educational subsystem by the economy system.
