Faktor Determinan Curahan Jam Kerja Tenaga Kerja ‘Ojek’ Sebagai Jasa Transportasi Kabupaten Manokwari

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the amount of income, length of study, the ease of obtaining private vehicles, and accidents at working place on working hours of 'ojek' driver. The data was analysed by using multiple regression analysis methods. Results of the study stated that the amount of income has a positive and significant effect, the length of school has a negative and not significant effect, the ease of obtaining a private vehicle has a negative and not significant effect, work accidents have a positive effect and not significant to the working hours of motorcycle driver.
