605 Background: Primary chemotherapy, as part of multimodality treatment, has become the standard of care for locally advanced breast cancer (LABC) to increase DFS, OS and conservative surgery. Stage III B is renowned as the worst of LABC, and despite appropriate therapy the majority of patients (pts) will experience distant metastases and death within 2–3 years.
