The significance of social media has increased greatly in the past few years, leading companies to increase their social media activity and also increase their interest in knowing whether it is genuinely worth being active on social media, including knowing the potential advantages. This study aims to examine the relationship between social media activity and three variables: reputation, firm size and firm performance. There is growing debate about whether companies’ investments in social media really pay off. This research attempts to contribute to this discussion by investigating the relationship between a firm’s social media activity and two outcomes, namely, company reputation and firm financial performance. Two propositions are developed based on theory and tested with a sample of 59 companies. The findings suggest that a firm’s social media activity is only partially linked with its financial performance and is not linked with corporate reputation. "Koulussa on paljon mahdollisuuksia oppimiseen..." : kuudesluokkalaisten oppilaiden mielekkään oppimisen kokemuksia fyysisesti joustavissa oppimisympäristöissä

Tutkielman ydintehtävänä oli selvittää, miten kuudesluokkalaiset oppilaat kokivat koulun uudet fyysisesti joustavat oppimisympäristöt ja millaiset tekijät siellä vaikuttivat oppimisen mielekkyyteen. Lisäksi tutkielmassa selvitettiin, millaisena oppilaat kokivat oppimisen koulun fyysisesti joustavissa oppimisympäristöissä. Tutkielmassa käytettiin Ruokamon ja Pohjolaisen (1999) mielekkään oppimisen ominaisuuksia, jotka pohjautuvat Jonassenin (1995) vastaaviin ominaisuuksiin. Tutkielma on laadullinen ja lähestymistavaltaan fenomenologinen tutkimus.
