This project proposes the feasibility of a blockchain-based registration and control management system within the cadastral service in the province of North Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Given that blockchain has attracted considerable attention because of its ability to be decentralized, and immutable, a new and experimental technology applicable in all fields.
