Corrección quirúrgica de una cifosis por lesión destructiva discovertebral en un paciente afecto de espondilitis anquilosante

A case of ankylosing Spondylitis with Kyphosis by Spondylodiscitis is reported. The Kyphosis is progressive and the mobility on the vertex of the curve. The surgical treatment by anterior approach confirms the diagnosis and allows to perform the surgical correction of the deformity.
