Early kinetics of integration of collagen-glycosaminoglycan regenerative scaffolds in a diabetic mouse model.
Collagen-glycosaminoglycan scaffolds, originally designed to treat severe burns, are now commonly used in patients with complex wounds associated with diabetes mellitus.
