The concept of digital literacy, as a set of abilities to use Information and Communication Technologies, has gained nowadays a dimension which goes beyond instrumentalityability to use different technological resources and could be defined as the acquisition of competences related to the search, analysis, selection and communication of data and information which allow students to transform information into knowledge.
