Innovative Method for the Transmission of Knowledge in Food Engineering

Abstract Pedagogical research is a way of explaining the educational phenomenon. Through this, it develops optimal solutions to the problems raised by the instructive-educational process, by following the social exigencies. The experimental activity took place between October 2018 and February 2019 at the University “Lucian Blaga” of Sibiu, within the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Food Industry and Environmental Protection.
