We will start from a historical neo-institutionalist approach and a methodology focused on historical analysis (path dependence and critical junctures). Resumen El presente artículo tiene como principal objetivo analizar la forma de provisión de bienes y servicios de los Ayuntamientos de Alicante y València (2005-2016). Para ello, llevaremos a cabo un análisis del presupuesto por capítulos para determinar el reparto de fondos entre los distintos actores que forman las redes de políticas públicas de cada consistorio. Entre las evidencias que hemos encontrado podemos destacar que dicho fenómeno se ha visto, ciertamente, afectado por la crisis económica que ha hecho variar las estrategias. The expression designates a systematic rejection of scientific or historical evidence, which seeks to influence public opinion to favor certain interests. El presente artículo tiene por objetivo describir y analizar el proyecto Aulas Inclusivas, una experiencia de colaboración sinérgica entre el profesorado que imparte docencia a alumnado con discapacidad intelectual y el personal voluntario que participa en las asociaciones de la Federación Síndrome de Down en Castilla-La Mancha. El objetivo principal de este trabajo consistió en conocer las percepciones y vulnerabilidades provocadas por el confinamiento y el aislamiento forzado por el brote de Covid 19 en las personas con discapacidad y sus cuidadores en la Comunidad Valenciana (España) y Nueva León (México). Se diseñó un cuestionario on line de 26 items para una muestra de conveniencia y se difundió en las asociaciones y organizaciones pro discapacidad en ambos territorios. This article focuses on the role of social capital and anti-utilitarian theories in the context of adaptation to climate change. International institutions and governments recognize the value of relational assets and the collective capacity building of communities to fight the climate crisis. However, there is a technocratic praxis that frustrates participatory efforts. In this way, participation is more a rhetorical exercise than a real one. Adaptation to climate change, which decisively affects social, political and economic cohesion, is considered a technical problem and does not include the social aspects that are part of the relationship between society and the environment.

El objetivo de este trabajo es ofrecer una serie de reflexiones teóricas y empíricas sobre la gobernanza de la Unión Europea en su proceso de toma de decisiones durante la crisis sanitaria de la Covid 19. El marco teórico que fundamenta este artículo es el neo-institucionalismo sociológico y la metodología cualitativa utilizada se ha centrado en el análisis documental a través de un software CAQDA.
