Efficacy and safety of everolimus in extrapancreatic neuroendocrine tumor: a comprehensive review of literature
BACKGROUND Everolimus, an oral mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) inhibitor, is currently approved for the treatment of progressive pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). Although promising, only scattered data, often from nondedicated studies, are available for extrapancreatic NETs. Group-Analysis and Education in Psychological Academic Training
The aim of the paper is to present an integrated model of training groups (from median to large group) which can afford an useful instrument in psychologist’s academic education, decreasing the distance between theory and practice inside the university programs. The model proposed integrates methodological knowledge and relational experience using median and large groups as real contexts for training. Qualitative research methods like textual analysis can demonstrate the validity and efficacy of a group-oriented professional education. Politiche d'immigrazione e politiche per gli immigrati: il caso della città di Palermo
Il lavoro riguarda la concezione e l’evoluzione delle politiche pubbliche in materia di immigrazione che gli enti locali della città di Palermo hanno messo in campo a partire dai primi anni Novanta del Novecento sino al 2013. In particolare, la ricerca si focalizza su tre aspetti, la dimensione cognitiva, quella organizzativa e la dimensione della governance, per individuare la relazione tra i discorsi pubblici relativi alla migrazione (sia in riferimento a coloro che si trovano sul territorio nazionale con uno status giuridico definito sia per coloro che non lo hanno) e le scelte politiche messe in atto.
