ABSTRACTGenome scale metabolic modelling is widely used technique to research metabolism impacts on organism’s properties. Additional omics data integration enables a more precise genotype-phenotype analysis for biotechnology, medicine and life sciences. Transcriptome data amounts rapidly increase each year.
