The aim of the doctoral dissertation “Adolescent value development at a hip-hop culture dance school” is to study dance as a component of hip-hop culture and to reveal pedagogical means of adolescent value development at a hip-hop culture dance school. The research process and its results are described in two chapters. The first chapter analyses the notion of values, essence and components of hip-hop culture from the aspects of values and pedagogical process organisation.
