Abstract Hysteroscopy is a surgical procedure that allows a direct view of the uterine cavity and the tubular ostium. This procedure can be performed for both diagnostic and curative purposes. Hysteroscopy have several indications including the evaluation of abnormal uterine bleeding, infertility or intrauterine tumours identified by ultrasound. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the correlation between the diagnosis at admission and the intraoperative aspect of the uterine cavity following the hysteroscopic evaluation.
