Real-world Adherence and Persistence with Bisphosphonate Therapy in Postmenopausal Women: A Systematic Review

Abstract Purpose Bisphosphonate therapy is a well-established and effective treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis and the prevention of osteoporotic fracture. However, poor adherence to and poor persistence with bisphosphonate therapy may reduce its benefits.
